The container enters the tunnel via a drive chain and is then subjected to a curtain of water ejected from nozzles arranged in a surrounding layout, which removes stubborn stains attached to the surface and completes high-temperature sterilization. It then reaches the water removal section for ambient temperature air drying and high-temperature drying, ultimately meeting hygiene standards for direct use.
The container travels along the track inside the tunnel, successively undergoing four processes: pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, and final cleaning.Pre-washing is characterized by high water flow to achieve high-temperature sterilization, removal of grease, and softening of stubborn residues.Main washing features high water pressure for deep sterilization and powerful cleaning.Rinsing is marked by a short process and fast speed to rinse off contaminated water from the surface of the container.Final cleaning uses high-quality water to ensure the container reaches a sufficiently high level of cleanliness.
The water supply system consists of three tanks connected in series. Each tank is specifically linked to a particular washing step, ensuring dedicated water use for each stage; the water used in each step is not discharged as wastewater but is instead collected back into its corresponding tank and reused after passing through two filtration stages. The tanks are interconnected by pipelines, ensuring that tap water flows into the tank system along a gradient, gradually replenishing downstream tanks and continuously diluting and purifying the water quality. The lower-positioned tank continuously removes floating oil and other impurities from the surface, ensuring hygienic water use.
After the washing section, air dryers and heat dryers can be configured as needed to quickly remove water from the containers. The air dryer is equipped with a wind knife device developed in-house, arranged in a surrounding layout. It converts the airflow generated by the compressor into a high-speed sheet of air to strip off residual water from the surface of the containers. The heat dryer additionally features a heating unit that produces high-temperature airflow, using heat to accelerate evaporation and further enhance the water removal effect.
