Cooling machine models and layouts are selectively configured based on the type of food and workshop conditions (single-chamber model with multiple devices arranged horizontally / multi-chamber model with upper and lower layers stacked / top-opening model arranged in an array). This setup is complemented by automatic conveyors and intelligent transfer machines to transport food items, all under the unified scheduling of a smart control center for autonomous operation without human intervention. Leveraging the advantages of vacuum cooling, such as fast cooling speed, uniform internal and external cooling, and a sealed sterile environment, the system adjusts specific cooling processes according to food types to achieve intelligent, large-scale, and continuous food cooling.
