Principle overview

The steam generator is connected to the equipment via pipes, continuously supplying high-temperature steam to the cabinet for heating the food. The temperature control system adjusts the steam flow rate in real-time to precisely control the steaming temperature. The thermal circulation system is responsible for creating a steam circulation, ensuring that the food is heated evenly.

Steam Heating System

This device is responsible for delivering high-temperature steam and evenly distributing it into the cabinet through a multi-hole spray pipe located at the bottom. The piping is equipped with a steam recovery pathway that can recycle excess steam and condensate, allowing for the reuse of thermal energy.

Thermal Circulation System

This device is located at the top of the cabinet and uses a fan to rapidly rotate the blades, creating a steam circulation within the cabinet to ensure even heat distribution.
