Principle overview
The bottom of the equipment's water tank is equipped with an aeration device that can uniformly mix the airflow generated by the blower into the water, creating irregular vortices that ensure even heat distribution in the water, guaranteeing the effectiveness of the thermal bath or cold bath. The cavitation and Coandă effects accompanying this process enhance the water's cleaning power, effectively removing impurities, ice crystals, pigments, and foam produced during blanching from the surface of the ingredients.
The system monitors water temperature through temperature sensors and adjusts the temperature accordingly to ensure that the actual temperature remains consistent with the preset value. The real-time temperature is displayed on the touchscreen, making it convenient for users to control the processing procedure.
The equipment is specifically designed with a debris removal system to eliminate contaminants such as fibrous materials, floating debris, and sediment that may be mixed in with the ingredients. This includes fragments, pigments, blood stains, foam, and other impurities generated during the processing. This system ensures the cleanliness of the ingredients and the quality of the processing.
