Using the multi-functional water tank, heat water to the desired temperature, pressurize the hot water, and spray it through surrounding nozzles, facilitating thorough container cleaning and achieving both high-temperature sterilization and high-pressure cleaning.
The containers progress along the chain track within the tunnel, undergoing four crucial stages: pre-wash, main wash, rinse wash, and final rinse wash.
In the pre-wash stage, high temperature and pressure water with a strong flow is used to sterilize and soften tough residues; in the main wash stage, high temperature and pressure water is utilized ensuring deep sterilization and comprehensive decontamination without any missed spots; in the rinse stage, high temperature and pressure spraying is employed to remove any remaining foam and dirty water; in the final rinse stage, the room-temperature，high-pressure spraying is used to rinse with fresh water and cool the containers.
The water supply system consists of three interconnected water tanks, each serving specific cleaning stages. Used water is not directly discharged but routed back to the tank for reuse after passing through dual filtration. Connected by pipes, the water tanks maintain a level difference in the pipeline, facilitating the gradual flow of external tap water. This stepwise replenishment ensures a systematic dilution and purification of water quality.
Continuous overflow at the lowest tank level effectively removes floating grease and other impurities from the water surface, ensuring sustained water hygiene.
The rear end of the cleaning section can be flexibly equipped with air dryers and dryers for rapid water removal.
The air dryer is equipped with a self-developed wind blade device, which can convert the compressed air generated by the air pump into a high-speed airflow in the form of flakes, and peel off the residual water on the surface of the container; The dryer is equipped with an additional heating device on the basis of the air dryer, which generates high-temperature and high-pressure airflow. In addition to its air drying function, it can also use heat to accelerate water evaporation and further improve the water removal effect.
