Different parts of the cleaning tank incorporate anti-collision design elements, such as curved edge and inclined planes, guaranteeing a non-destructive cleaning process.

Using sanitary fasteners with rubber sealing gaskets enables smooth connections between components, eliminating hidden areas and preventing dirt buildup. The laser seamless welding, coupled with a wire drawing and polishing, results in a smooth and easily cleanable surface, minimizing the potential for foreign bodies or bacteria residue.

The circulating water supply system is fortified with multiple filter devices, effectively screening out impurities and upholding water hygiene. A robust sealing mechanism on both upper and lower tank compartment prevents the reintroduction of impurities. The cleaning tank features a multi-functional interface, allowing connection to ozone and cold water modules for sterilization and preservation of food ingredients.

The machine integrates multiple energy-saving designs, controlling the consumption of various resources and reducing production costs.

The automated work lines in a pipeline-style minimizes the need for human involvement, resulting in reduced labor costs. The independent control switches for each cleaning device can optimize energy consumption during actual production.

Recirculating filtered water achieves water resource recycling, lowering wastewater disposal costs. The side walls of washing tank are equipped with foaming materials, providing insulation or heat preservation when using cold/hot water and reducing energy loss.

Cleanliness and sanitation


The machine features a robust ingress protection level, with technical indicators ranging from IP65 to IP69K, ensuring effortless cleaning.

It is fully waterproof, dust-proof, and resistant to hot steam, enabling direct washing under high pressure, chemical cleaning, and high-temperature sterilization. This promotes convenient daily cleaning, meeting stringent health standards.

Facilitating easy disassembly, devices like brush rollers and rotary sieves enhance maintenance. The mesh belt conveyor is liftable and hangs on the side wall, while the water/air pipeline is securely connected through clamping, eliminating hidden sanitary areas and ensuring a thorough, barrier-free cleaning process.
