The machine is designed to automatically clean a large quantity of vegetable ingredients.

Through multiple cleaning processes, it efficiently eliminates impurities like hair, soil, worms, and other contaminants mixed with the ingredients, thereby preserving the natural freshness of the vegetables.

Ingredients are fed into the cleaning tank in batches for aeration cleaning. Initially, impurities such as hair, worms, and sediment are separated, followed by sequential removal using the brush rollers, rotary sieve, mesh belt conveyor, and a final cleanse with water spray. The cleaning process can be repeated based on the production line setup to achieve the desired cleanliness level.
